The J&J Brothers Legacy
What started as a passion project between twin brothers in 1957 has grown into a cornerstone of the amusement industry. From opening Utah’s first miniature golf center to building family fun parks across California, the J&J Brothers were driven by one thing: creating more joy for more people.
In 1975, they introduced the bumper boat to the world, earning a U.S. patent and Coast Guard certification. That innovation laid the groundwork for what came next: industry-leading concession go-karts, which hit the scene in 1990. By 1993, J&J Amusements had moved operations to Salem, Oregon, where we continue to manufacture safe, durable attractions that deliver nonstop fun.
